Extreme heat is a test for the construction industry. Therefore, in the summer, it is necessary to have good measures for the construction and storage of waterborne industrial paint to avoid quality problems caused by bad weather and ensure the coating effect.
Construction Instructions:
1. Before painting, remove the oil, floating rust, old patent leather and other dirt on the surface of the substrate to ensure the cleanliness and drying of the surface of the substrate.
2. The grinding wheel is ground to remove the splash on the surface of the workpiece and the hardening layer of the fire correction part. All free edge sharp angles after gas cutting, shearing or machining should be ground to R2.
3. Sand blasting to Sa2.5 level or power tool cleaning to St2 level, construction within 6 hours after sandblasting.
4. It can be applied by brushing and spraying, and the paint should be stirred evenly before painting. If the viscosity is high, an appropriate amount of deionized water can be added, the amount of water added should not exceed 10%, and it should be stirred while adding to ensure that the paint liquid is uniform.
5. Maintain good ventilation during construction, and it is not recommended to construct when the ambient temperature is lower than 5 ¡ãC or the humidity is greater than 85%.
6. Rain, snow and fog weather can not be constructed outdoors, if it has been constructed, you can take methods such as covering with tarpaulin to protect the paint film.
Storage & Transportation:
1. The product should be sealed and stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse, and the storage temperature is above 5 ¡ãC and below 35 ¡ãC, to prevent direct exposure to water and sunlight, isolate the fire source, and keep away from the heat source.
2. The product meets the storage conditions, the storage period from the date of production is one year, beyond the storage period can be inspected, if it meets the standard can still be used.
3. During the transportation of the product, it should be prevented from severe cold, rain and sun exposure, and should comply with relevant regulations.
