This product does not contain toxic heavy metal pigments, various metal substrates have strong adaptability, and has the characteristics of low taste and environmental protection, high cost performance, high solid content and large coating area. Suitable for common metal substrates
Anti-rust and decorative requirements; Mainly used in metal hardware, mechanical equipment, vehicle parts and other surface coating. Not recommended for interior home decoration.

Instructions for use:
■ Construction method I can be constructed by brushing, spraying, roller coating and dipping method.
■ Dilution丨Before painting, the paint should be stirred evenly, if the viscosity is high, you can add an appropriate amount of water, the amount of water should not exceed the specified limit (see the product manual), should be stirred while adding, to ensure that the paint liquid is uniform.
■ Substrate treatment I Before painting, the surface of the coated sand, oil, rust and old patent leather will be cleaned up, in order to achieve better coating effect, please use the corresponding primer according to the situation of different substrates (see product manual for details).
■ Recoating time 1 When painting the second pass, the first pass should reach the surface dry, at least 2 hours apart.
■ It is recommended to maintain ventilation during the construction of the painting pass I twice, and shall not be constructed under the condition that the ambient temperature is lower than 5 °C or the humidity is greater than 70%.
■ Precautions I It is strictly forbidden to mix with other paints and organic solvents.
■Drying I can be dried naturally or forced drying at high temperature. Natural drying ensures that the temperature is greater than 5 °C, and the flow humidity is not higher than 75%. When drying, the temperature and humidity and air circulation of the leveling chamber also have a significant impact on the dryness of the paint film, and measures can be taken to reduce its humidity, increase the temperature, and increase ventilation to accelerate the initial volatilization of the paint film moisture, and the leveling time is not less than 10 minutes, and the drying time of 80 °C-100 °C is not less than 30 minutes.
■Tool cleaning I After the construction is over, the utensils used should be rinsed immediately with clean water to prevent drying. The remaining paint should be sealed and stored, if there is a dry skin affected use, it can be filtered with 100 mesh mesh before use.
■ Storage | Cool at 5 °C - 3 5 °C in a cool environment, sealed storage.

Safety Matters:
■Hazard statement I Accidentally touching the eyes or skin and hair during construction may cause eye irritation or skin allergic reactions.
■Precautions |Avoid inhaling gases, fumes, vapors, and sprays. Wear protective equipment during use, wash hands and other contact positions after operation.
■ Incident response I such as skin (hair); Rinse with plenty of soapy and clean water. If you get contaminated eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention from wells. If skin irritation or rash occurs: seek prompt medical attention.
■ Safe storage above 115 °C, cool and dry place below 35 °C sealed storage, avoid direct sunlight to keep the container tightly sealed. It should be stored in isolation from strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidants, food and animal feed.
