     The so-called water-based anti-rust paint is actually a coating that uses water as a dispersion medium and then uses multiple anti-rust mechanisms such as physics and chemistry. With the continuous popularization of the current concept of environmental protection, the application range of waterborne anti-rust paint has begun to become more and more extensive. Therefore, it is necessary to know some information related to it. In this regard, the color of the substrate or the overall color is uneven when the multi-channel brushing is still visible, that is, the so-called exposing phenomenon, the main reasons are as follows:

    1. The latex paint is mixed with too much water and the coating film is too thin;

    2. The base surface is too light and the water absorption is too low or the primer is too water-repellent, and the dosage cannot go up; The base surface is concave and convex, usually the convex paint film is too thin, etc. Solution (corresponding to the cause): first mix water according to the requirements (requirements on the manual); Secondly, to ensure that the base surface is flat, of course, we must pay attention not to press too much light, because moderation can be; Then the base surface is applied with a roller, and a low coating that is almost the same color as the top coat but slightly lighter is used, and of course it can also be a medium coat.

    Second, after coating with water-based paint, the latex paint immediately flows downward, resulting in uneven coating surface, for the following reasons:

    1. The paint film is coated too thickly, the solution: use the homogenization plate to evenly and evenly prepare the drum of the dipping material, which can effectively control the thickness of the wet film.

    2. Latex paint is over-mixed with water, and if you want to solve this problem, then you need to mix water in strict accordance with the requirements clearly specified in the manual.

    3. The humidity of the construction environment is too large, the temperature is too low, or the base layer is too wet. Solution: Avoid cold environment construction, relative humidity is less than 85%, and the base layer should be dried after construction. Xiaobian will discuss with you what are the precautions for the construction of waterborne anti-rust paint.

    1. First of all, we must pay attention to the fact that water-based anti-rust paint and oil-based substances must not be contacted, because this will greatly affect its performance. In addition, be sure to stir well before use, we can add water appropriately according to our actual needs for dilution.

    2. What we need to understand is that in general, water-based anti-rust paint can be used for brushing, roller coating, spraying or dipping, etc., but we must control the construction temperature well, generally greater than or equal to five degrees Celsius.

    3. In addition, before construction, we need to remove surface oil, sand debris and rust layer, etc., the thickness of which should not exceed 120 microns. For its storage temperature, it is generally greater than zero degrees Celsius, and it should be placed in a cool and dry place.
