There are two types of poor adhesion
(1) Poor adhesion between paint films:
The direct cause is that there is no sanding between the coatings during spraying. Waterborne industrial paint is with the volatilization of water, physical filming, relying on the friction of the surface to improve adhesion. Goris has a water-based paint finish that can be sprayed without sanding primer, which will be introduced later;
The indirect reason is that the temperature is high in summer, and the interface between wet film and dry film is insufficient time for the formation of a firm layer, which makes the adhesion worse. Therefore, when spraying, it is appropriate to apply in the morning and evening to ensure the adhesion of the product.
(2) Poor adhesion between paint film and substrate:
This is similar to the cause of poor adhesion of oil-based paint, and there is no too much answer.
