Water-based paint, water-based antirust paint, water-based steel structure paint, water-based floor paint, water-based wood paint.
It is harmless to human body and does not pollute the environment. The paint film is plump, crystal clear and transparent, with good flexibility, and has the characteristics of water resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance, yellowing resistance, fast drying, and convenient use.
1. Use water as solvent to save a lot of resources; Eliminate the fire hazard during construction; Reduce air pollution; Only a small amount of low-toxic alcohol ether organic solvents are used to improve the working environment. The organic solvent (accounting for 5%~15% of the coating) of the general water-based coating has been reduced to less than 1.2% of the cathodic electrophoretic coating, which has a significant effect on reducing pollution and saving resources.
2. Water-based coatings can be applied directly on wet surfaces and in wet environments; Good adaptability to material surface and strong adhesion of coating.
3. Painting tools can be cleaned with water, greatly reducing the consumption of cleaning solvents and effectively reducing the harm to construction personnel.
4. The electrophoretic coating film is uniform and flat. Good flattening performance; The inner cavity, welds, edges and edges can be coated with a certain thickness of coating film, with good protection; The electrophoretic coating has the best corrosion resistance, and the salt spray resistance of the thick film cathodic electrophoretic coating can reach 1200 h.
1. The real two-component water-based paint, no matter the main agent or curing agent, can hardly smell or has only a very slight smell after being opened;
2. The real two-component water-based paint is diluted with clean tap water. If special thinner or alcohol is needed to dilute it, it must not be;
3. Two-component water-based paint also belongs to non-hazardous chemicals, while fake two-component paint is often flammable dangerous goods;
4. Look at the environmental protection index: whether it contains benzene, heavy metals, high VOC and other toxic substances.

Product specialty
◎ High environmental protection varnish. It belongs to water-based varnish. High environmental protection, low odor, no danger during operation, and no strong irritating smell.
◎ The coating film has good heat resistance, wear resistance and drug corrosion resistance. It has almost the same film performance as solvent-based polyurethane varnish, and can maintain a long and tough film effect.
◎ The strong heat resistance can be applied to the teapot containing boiling water on the table top (that is, it can withstand the temperature of 100 ℃). At the same time, when applied to the floor and other places, it can also exert its strong scratch resistance coating film.
◎ It is a non-yellowing polyurethane varnish, which will not turn yellow when exposed to ultraviolet and visible light, and will not turn yellow when painted on the white surface.
◎ It has anti-skid function and is also suitable for painting stairs and corridors.
Application skills
With more and more water-based paints coming into contact with people's lives, we will probably be familiar with water-based paints. Here are some tips for using water-based paints. I hope I can help you.
1. Types and Application Technology of Waterborne Wood Coatings
Based on the analysis of water-based wood paint products sold in the market, the application technologies of water-based wood paint can be divided into the following categories according to the variety of base materials:
① Acrylate type: including styrene acrylic lotion and acrylate (modified) lotion, suitable for primer and matt finish. The coating made of this kind of base material is relatively low in cost, has general hardness and is not easy to produce shrinkage, but has poor film-forming performance and poor gloss, and is not suitable for high-gloss paint. Poor wear resistance, difficulty in defoaming, and general mixing use; ② Polyurethane dispersion: including aromatic and aliphatic polyurethane dispersion, which has excellent yellowing resistance and is more suitable for outdoor use. They have good film forming performance, high self-crosslinking gloss, good wear resistance, and are not easy to produce bubbles and shrinkage holes. However, the hardness is ordinary and the price is relatively expensive, which is suitable for making bright finish paint, floor paint, etc.; ③ Acrylic modified polyurethane dispersion: including the mixture of aromatic, aliphatic polyurethane and acrylate dispersion, which combines the advantages of the above two types, and has moderate cost. It can be self-crosslinked and also used in two-component systems. It has good hardness, fast drying, wear resistance, good chemical resistance, low yellowing degree or no yellowing, and is suitable for making bright matt paint, primer, outdoor paint, etc;
④ Waterborne urethane oil: It is a one-component, similar to oily urethane oil, oxidation-reduction drying type, and needs to be added with drying agent during film forming, which is fast drying, good gloss, hardness, wear resistance, and water resistance, and suitable for making bright surface and floor paint; ⑤ Waterborne two-component polyurethane: one component is polyurethane dispersion with - OH; The two components are water-based curing agents, mainly aliphatic. After the two components are mixed, the water resistance, hardness and fullness can be significantly improved by crosslinking reaction. The gloss also has a certain effect. The comprehensive performance is good, and the paint is not easy to yellowing, especially suitable for outdoor painting.
2. Product technology status
From the perspective of packaging, water-based wood coatings on the market can be divided into one-component and two-component, of which one-component accounts for the vast majority; From the perspective of supply, there are imported products with original packaging, products produced by foreign brands in China, and products developed and produced by domestic manufacturers. The former two are the majority, while the latter has a small share of sales. Through some analysis and test of foreign brands, joint venture brands and domestic products, the product performance is summarized as follows.
① Product appearance: milky white, yellowish, and reddish sticky;
② Solid content: generally 30%~45%, much lower than solvent type;
③ Water resistance: aliphatic polyurethane dispersion and water-borne polyurethane oil are much better than aromatic/acrylic lotion;
④ Alcohol resistance: its trend is basically the same as water resistance;
⑤ Hardness: the acrylic emulsion type is the lowest, followed by the aromatic polyurethane type, and the aliphatic polyurethane dispersion and its two-component polyurethane, polyurethane oil are the highest. The hardness will gradually increase with time, especially the two-component cross-linked type. However, the hardness growth is slow and low, far less than solvent type. Few pencils can reach the hardness of H;
⑥ Gloss: It is difficult to achieve the gloss of solvent-based wood coatings, generally about 20% lower. Among them, bicomponent is higher, followed by urethane oil and polyurethane dispersion, and acrylic emulsion is the lowest;
⑦ Fullness: due to the influence of solid content, the difference is large. In addition, the solid content is low and the fullness is poor. The higher the solid content, the better the fullness. The two component cross-linked type is better than the single component type, and the acrylic lotion type is worse;
⑧ Wear resistance: the polyurethane oil and two-component cross-linked type is the best, followed by polyurethane dispersion, followed by acrylic emulsion type;
3. Application technology of waterborne polyurethane paint
As a new green environmental protection product, waterborne polyurethane paint has entered the Chinese market only in recent years. Its biggest advantage is to solve the problem that domestic consumers pay more attention to the fullness, feel and hardness of the paint film, heat resistance, heat resistance, alcohol resistance, water resistance and pollution resistance of the paint film in terms of application technology;
It breaks through the weakness of water-based wood paint; In addition, waterborne polyurethane paint is not easy to produce bubbles, polish and be affected by temperature and humidity during construction, which lays a solid foundation for comprehensively solving the market application of waterborne wood paint.
