Evenly distributed pockmarked vesicles with different sizes are easy to appear under very humid and hot conditions. These bubbles will disappear after the air humidity decreases, and the paint film will become flat.
① Genesis
▶ The adhesion between the top coat, intermediate coat, primer and substrate is not enough, which may cause blistering.
▶ The paint will be relatively permeable. Under very humid and hot conditions, water will penetrate into the paint film in the form of liquid, and then penetrate out of the paint film in the form of steam, thus forming wet bubbles.
② Correction method
▶ Only dry grinding can be used in wet weather. Keep compressed air dry to ensure that the sprayed surface is completely dry before spraying.
▶ Do not place the painted parts in a hot and humid environment before they are completely dry.
▶ When the bubble is not broken, it can stand still and wait for the water to volatilize to restore the paint film to its original state. In serious cases, it must be thoroughly polished and then re-sprayed. The best choice is to re-spray the paint until it is stripped to bare metal.
